Refund Policy

 

At Modisa, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

 

Returns

 

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached. Items that are damaged or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also let you know the status of your refund after the inspection.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Non-refundable items: Shipping fees and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer care team to check for availability and get instructions on how to proceed. We will treat your exchange as a new order.

 

Shipping for Returns

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
